Once again, I am proud to announce that my book “On Hung Gar” is available.
It is a book intended for students about the age that I teach (middle – high school), but would be a good read for anyone interested in Hung Gar and the history of Chinese martial arts. The subject was really too big to tackle, and I was naive enough to think I was up to the task, but it is out there for anyone interested.
My second offering, “Learn Hung Gar” stays more on topic, and in general, I am more proud of it.

School Shirts Available!
Our Schools shirts are finally available! For all students, the uniform requirements are as follows, Black karate or kung fu pants, and our school shirt. Personally, I prefer the karate pants as it is near impossible to find quality kung fu pants, and I never cared whether or not my ankles were cuffed. The color of school shirt is up to you, and makes no difference to me. a sample is below.
